Barbara Rambo, Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer. With ProCare Rx since 2005.


As Chief Executive Officer, Barbara is responsible for corporate and business management, including day-to-day operations, as well as strategic planning, program management, and oversight of all aspects of executive leadership. Leveraging her tenure with the company, coupled with over 15 years of prior financial experience that includes management and business development roles with publicly traded healthcare information technology companies, she maintains her role as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing both the short- and long-term financial strategies and related operations of ProCare Rx’s multi-faceted business.

Her core objective has always been and remains, supporting client and prospect success through optimal leverage of the companies’
product/service offerings and resources.

Doyle Jensen, Chief Growth Officer - Enterprise. With ProCare Rx since 2019.

Doyle is responsible for the development and growth of our core affiliated companies, MC-Rx, EHIM, ProCare HospiceCare, and ProModRx. As a PBM industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Doyle is an influential communicator and strategist that excels in building “value differentiated” product offerings. He is able to leverage his industry experience and leadership, repeatedly delivering exponential growth within his prior companies, positioning them as market leaders within their respective spaces.

Reaching beyond the traditional sales role and marketing functions, his focus is truly on where ProCare Rx can add value to each client’s product offering, working collaboratively with senior leadership to make sure goals and initiatives are met.

Dan Colucci, Chief Corporate Operations Officer. With ProCare Rx since 2015.

Dan is responsible for the operational aspect of the enterprise that involves strategic planning, business development, and enterprise relationship management – including the management of ProCare Rx’s key client relationships. With 30+ years of PBM experience, Dan is able to successfully manage and direct the teams and processes that impact client services and contracting terms, which includes proposal development and client contracting, underwriting, pharmacy network contracting, and MAC pricing.

David Nesfeder, Chief Technology Officer. With ProCare Rx since 2020.

David oversees both the technical infrastructure and software application development across all lines of business. He is responsible for aligning the technology and development tactical vision with the business strategies, and leading the teams to execute.

David brings a wealth of large-scale system knowledge from a variety of business domains, including Internet Security and Utility Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) networks, in addition to his responsibilities overseeing software development for national and multinational companies.

Peter Cullen, Chief Data Officer. With ProCare Rx since 2009.

Peter has 30 years of healthcare industry experience with firms such as Relay Health (McKesson) and KPMG Healthcare Consulting. He is a subject matter expert in the integration and use of various types of healthcare data. Peter and his staff are responsible for creating and maintaining reporting applications for each of ProCare Rx’s operating companies.

Additionally, Peter and his team of reporting analysts assist the LOB leaders in managing their respective P&Ls with Reporting, Analytics, Dashboard, and Data (RADD) programs and services. Separately, Peter is directly involved with all areas of business development for each of the companies.

LaMar Williams, Executive Vice President. With ProCare Rx since 2002.

LaMar began his career at ProCare Rx in customer service and account management. Through his tenure with the company, he has developed hands-on experience in all aspects of pharmacy benefit management systems and services. His professional background allows him the ability to take a consultative approach with sales and business development.

LaMar’s current focus is on the cultivation and management of the corporate-wide client process, as well providing ongoing support to ensure partnerships that yield success, results, and credibility.
