ProCare Rx launched our multi-tenant real time pharmacy claims processing SaaS platform in 1994, inclusive of internet-based pharmacy claims switching capabilities.  In 1996, we expanded with additional HIPAA compliant, internet-based services and “Private Cloud” service was added in 2010.  Today, we are deploying our 4th generation Pharmacy Claims Processing System and our 2nd generation Pharmacy Management System. 

Our pharmacy system is a process driven, modular, multi-location system designed for high volume mail order pharmacies, low volume closed-door pharmacies and reimbursement hub pharmacies.  Our software has a built in web based portal and is integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), phone, fax, e.Prescribing, shipping, reporting, and inventory management applications. 

In both our PBM and pharmacy software applications, we have enhanced our predictive analytics capabilities and have added machine learning and artificial intelligence processes along with excellent reporting, analytics, data and dashboards.
